Stargate STG holders can convert STG to LayerZero ZRO only until December 15, 2026; conversions are not supported after that date.
Stargate, the cross-chain liquidity and bridging protocol acquired by LayerZero Labs, is closing the STG to ZRO conversion. Per LayerZero's official September 15, 2026 ecosystem update, STG holders can convert their STG to ZRO until December 15, 2026, and conversions will not be supported after that date. LayerZero says it will work with exchanges, market makers and custodians on the transition. The same update deprecates the LayerZero Labs V1 Relayer and ends the V1 bug bounty on December 15, while the v2 bounty grows to $3.5M.
