Staking App Closes, Unstake & Withdraw Deadline

Recall (RECALL) · Deadlines · November 30, 2026

Recall Foundation winds down: app.recall.network turns read-only on November 30, 2026, the last day to unstake and withdraw RECALL in the app.

Recall is a decentralized evaluation and competition network for autonomous AI agents whose RECALL token launched on Base in October 2025. On October 30, 2026 the Recall Foundation board announced an orderly wind-down, saying continued protocol development is not commercially viable (not a hack). The Foundation burned the roughly 358.6M RECALL under its control (about 35.86% of total supply, including the locked treasury and ecosystem reserves), stopped staking rewards and new competitions, and said holders get no buyback, redemption or treasury distribution; its about $3.7M in stablecoins and fiat goes to creditors and wind-down costs. The 30-day unstaking cooldown is removed for new requests. On November 30, 2026 app.recall.network becomes read-only, so stakers should unstake and withdraw in the app by then; stakes with later lockups can still be withdrawn directly via the staking contract on BaseScan. The Foundation expects exchange delistings and will no longer provide liquidity; its subsidiary Atlas Networks enters voluntary liquidation around December 2026.
