Launches Fully Paid Securities Lending (FPSL)

Binance (BNB) · Releases & Updates · June 10, 2026

Binance launches Fully Paid Securities Lending (FPSL) on June 10 — users earn passive income by lending their US stock holdings while retaining the ability to sell at any time.

Binance launched direct US equities trading on June 1, giving access to 7,000+ stocks and ETFs with zero commission, fractional shares from $5, and 24/5 trading via ADGM-licensed broker Nest Trading. FPSL launches June 10 as the next layer: users lend their stock holdings to earn passive income while retaining full ability to sell at any time. Powered by Alpaca's broker infrastructure, the same system underlying competitor offerings at Kraken. Part of Binance's roadmap toward bStocks: tokenized US securities on BNB Chain via BTECH Holdings SPV in Abu Dhabi, expected in coming weeks.

- Earn lending income on US stocks held on Binance while keeping full sell access at any time - Dividends received as cash-in-lieu payments during lending period - Proxy voting rights temporarily foregone during active lending - Infrastructure powered by Alpaca Broker API (same system as Kraken securities lending)
