Aero, the merger of Aerodrome and Velodrome, launches on October 21, 2026 across 7 chains, including Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain.

Aero, the unified exchange formed by merging Aerodrome and Velodrome (Dromos Labs), launches on October 21, 2026. It aims to be the single liquidity layer for Ethereum and its L2s. Aero goes live with a full deployment on seven chains: Base, Ethereum Mainnet, OP Mainnet, Arc, Ink, Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain. Robinhood Chain and Arbitrum were the last chains added to the launch list. The launch brings Metaswaps for cross-chain swaps backed by onchain liquidity, Slipstream concentrated liquidity pools with Dynamic Fees and MEV capture, and permissionless market creation. sAERO holders direct AERO rewards across all seven chains through Predictive Allocation and earn a share of exchange revenue, while the AER Engine caps rewards per pool against projected revenue to control inflation. The public audit contest is complete, and Aero Lite has been live on Arc since September 16. The chains Aerodrome and Velodrome serve today account for about 17% of EVM spot trading volume.
