Backed by Ethereum co-founder Joe Lubin (Consensys CEO), the company rebranded from SharpLink Gaming in February 2026 to become an institutional-grade Ethereum treasury platform. Effective June 29 after market close, SBET enters both the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indexes following FTSE Russell's annual reconstitution.
