Moscow Exchange plans to launch crypto trading (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, TRX) on December 1, 2026 under Russia's new crypto law; testing began in October.
Moscow Exchange (MOEX), Russia's largest exchange group, plans to open trading in cryptocurrencies on December 1, 2026 under the country's new legal framework for crypto. According to MOEX managing director Boris Blokhin, quoted by TASS on October 8, 2026, the initial list covers Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Solana (SOL), XRP and TRON (TRX), and testing with professional market participants started in early October.
