Saga shuts down SagaEVM on November 23, 2026 after a 60-day sunset; users must withdraw or bridge assets before the deadline.
Saga, the layer-1 chainlet protocol behind the SAGA token (now operating as Saga AI Labs), is sunsetting SagaEVM. A 60-day sunset period started on September 24, 2026, and SagaEVM will stop processing transactions on November 23, 2026. Assets left on SagaEVM after the shutdown will no longer be accessible, so users should withdraw or bridge funds before the deadline. The change applies only to SagaEVM: Saga Mainnet keeps operating, and the SAGA token and its existing exchange listings are unaffected.
