Huma Finance's first HUMA unlock for team, advisors and major investors, postponed from May 26, lands November 26, 2026 with onchain governance.
Huma Finance is a PayFi protocol on Solana that finances real-world payment flows such as cross-border settlement and card receivables, letting stablecoin holders earn yield from payment financing. HUMA has a 10 billion supply. Per the official Huma blog, the team, advisors and major investors agreed to extend their initial unlock by six months, moving the first unlock from May 26 to November 26, 2026, and the Huma Foundation will launch onchain governance tools by the same date. Based on the published allocations and quarterly vesting, the first tranche is estimated at about 332.5M HUMA (roughly 3.3% of supply).
