EstateX is preparing the full ESX Blockchain Mainnet, a purpose-built Layer-1 for RWA tokenization, after missing its Q2 2026 target, with no new date announced.

EstateX is a real estate and RWA tokenization platform building its own Layer-1 blockchain for compliant asset tokenization at global scale. The full ESX Blockchain mainnet, originally targeted for Q2 2026, has not launched yet: in June 2026 EstateX said the Mainnet Beta is live for builders, with phased deployment (token migration on Base, validator activation) still pending, and no new date has been announced. At mainnet launch, ESX becomes the native currency of the chain. Backed by Tether co-founder Brock Pierce, Microsoft ($175K grant), and RE/MAX leadership. 230K+ whitelist participants, 26K users, $3M+ raised. The chain supports polychain architecture: parallel L1 chains for specific asset classes with an L0 global settlement chain. Partners include sports teams, green energy, and data center projects.
